Welcome to my website. I'll be adding new content each day and hope you find something interesting. I'd like to share some of my interest with you such as photography and music.
I started my interest in Bluegrass Music back in 1978 when I received a banjo for Christmas. My uncle, (Joe Partridge) who played banjo in a bluegrass band, showed me a few thing to get me started. From there I learned to play that banjo and through the years the guitar, bass, dobro and mandolin too. I currently play a 1999 Earl Scruggs model Gibson banjo, 2007 Martin HD 28 guitar, Martin D18, a custom Ken Radcliff "Silver Angel" mandolin and the newest addition is a 2009 Collings D1 guitar.
I've been fortunate to have played with many great friends in bluegrass bands through the years including The Bluegrass Engineers, Bullsboro, Brushfire, Counterpoint, Overdrive and Peachtree Station, but I do find time to pick here at the house with my son and a occasional fill in job to help out friends. Here are a few pics below.

The Photo Equipment:
I started my interest in photography a couple of years ago when I treated myself to a Nikon D40 Digital camera for christmas in 2006. What a great present and it continues to be a fun and rewarding hobby to this day. The Nikon D40 is a very affordable and quality camera and I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to get started in photography. All of the
photo's on my site were taken with this camera. and most with the stock 18-55mm nikor lens. I finally received my 18-200mm VR lens and it's great!!
